Get active for at least 20 minutes in any way you enjoy – a walk, gym session, yoga, or dance around your room.
Day 2 – Digital Detox Hour
Take a break from your phone or social media for one hour today. Use the time to read, stretch, or rest your mind.
Day 3 – Fuel to Feel Good
Make one healthy food or drink choice today – maybe swap a sugary snack for fruit, or try a new smoothie.
Day 4 – Fresh Air Fix
Spend 15–30 minutes outside. Walk to the beach, sit in a green space, or take your revision outdoors.
Day 5 – Mindful Minutes
Try a short mindfulness exercise – deep breathing, a guided meditation, or simply sitting quietly for 5–10 minutes.
Day 6 – Gratitude Check-In
Write down three things you’re grateful for today, no matter how small. A good coffee, a kind friend, or a sunny sky all count.
Day 7 – Stretch & Reflect
Do a 10-minute full-body stretch or gentle yoga session. Reflect on how you’ve felt throughout the week and what you want to carry forward.
