£19,293 per annum (£10.00 per hour)

Are you a strong swimmer with a passion for customer service? If so then Wales National Pool Swansea would love you to come and join our team!

An NPLQ/NARS pool qualification is desirable but we will provide the appropriate opportunity to qualify for the right person.

You will be required to demonstrate swimming ability and aptitude as part of the interview process.

Full Time / Part Time positions available

Sports Assistants/Lifeguards are required to work on a shift rota, which will includes regular morning, evening, daytime, weekend and Bank Holidays shifts.

The position requires an enhanced Disclosure Barring Service check.

Sports Assistant – Swansea Bay Sports Park & Bay Sports Centre

Reporting to the Duty Management & Senior Sports Assistant teams, the successful applicants will be responsible for delivering day to day operations at the Sports Centre & Pavilion facilities at SBSP, and the Gym, Sports Hall & MUGAs at Bay Campus, ensuring that the highest standards of customer care, health and safety, facility presentation and service delivery are achieved.
